Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Style IT (T/a Wardrobe Flair) website. These terms and conditions are intended to assist keep Wardrobe Flair (we, us, our) a safe place for our customers (you, your) to shop.

 

Acceptance of terms and conditions:  The terms and conditions are the terms on which Wardrobe Flair offers you access to the services and use of our web site. By shopping at the Wardrobe Flair website you accept these terms and conditions.

 

Amendment of terms and conditions:  These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by Wardrobe Flair from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website and the services it provides represents your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

 

Product Origin:  Wardrobe Flair jewellery comes from a variety of origins including the Philippines, China and other parts of Asia.   The colours displayed on each computer screen may vary from time to time.  It is important to be aware of this and accept that from time to time the product you receive may differ slightly from the product you see on your computer screen. 

 

Ordering, availability and delivery:  All Wardrobe Flair accessories ordered by you (our customers) will be dispatched for delivery by track and trace courier either on a Monday or Wednesday, whichever day is closer to your order date after payment has been received.  Delivery is charged at $5.00 P&P within NZ per single item bought. If two items or more are purchased from this website at the same time, there is NO COURIER CHARGE to the client. No international orders are available at this stage. A courier delivery track and trace number will be available from Wardrobe Flair for reference in case a package is not received within the given time. If any product becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed an order you will be advised immediately and any payments you have made will be refunded.

 

Payment: Visa and MasterCard credit cards, direct debits or bank deposits (within New Zealand only) will be accepted. All prices are in New Zealand currency. Wardrobe Flair is not to be held liable or responsible for the unauthorised use of any payment method. It is the credit card holder’s responsibility to ensure the use of their payment method is authorised. The delivery of any Wardrobe Flair product will only be made if and when payment has been received.

 

Vouchers: Vouchers purchaed for any product or service are non-refunded. Should circumstances change you can contact Wardrobe Flair who at their discretion can arrange a transfer or use of the voucher that best suits your new circumstances.

 

Refunds, replacements and disputes:  Your satisfaction is important to us and we endeavour to sell the best quality fashion accessories and to maintain the best service available. Please choose carefully. If you simply change your mind, by law we do not have to refund or exchange your purchased item(s). If a product is faulty and you return it within a reasonable period, , the product can be exchanged (if possible and still in supply). If we do not have a similar replacement item a refund will be given.  If you are returning faulty goods, please note that risk in transit is your responsibility until we receive the goods. Before returning products, please notify Wardrobe Flair via email or phone of your intention. Please return all faulty products to 25 Plymouth Street, Karori, Wellington 6012.  If the item is found not to be faulty, you will be charged for the return delivery charge to the address of your choice.  If you agree to these charges we require payment before the product is repaired and delivered.  These policies meet our obligations to provide a remedy under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Prices, tax and import duties:  The prices marked on all products are in New Zealand currency and are GST inclusive.  Prices are indicative only.  Due to exchange rates and buying costs, the marked prices will vary.  All purchases made in New Zealand are liable for a handling, packaging and delivery charge (as stated above).

     

General rules:  Your orders are not retractable once they have been received by Wardrobe Flair. You must only place an order if you intend to buy the relevant item at the set price.

 

Intellectual property and trademark:  You may not, without our prior written permission, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, copy, store, distribute, print, display, publish, perform or create derivative works from any part of this website, commercialise, copy or on-sell any information or items obtained from any part of this website.

 

Security:  This website endeavours to maintain a safe and secure on line shopping facility.  However, you are responsible for any activity which occurs on or through your membership account and to keep your personal information (including your email address and password, your physical address and telephone number, and your bank details) secret and secure.  You must not permit any other person to use your password or account, not to disclose to any other person your password or any other information that may allow them to gain access to your account and you must change your password immediately if you believe that your account may have been used without your authorisation. 

 

Privacy:  Wardrobe Flair collects personal information about you through your use of the services and the website including your personal details gained through the order process. You agree that Wardrobe Flair may use this personal information to assist us to provide the services to you, for internal research purposes, to verify your identity and bank details, for promoting and marketing other Wardrobe Flair products and services to you, and for any other use that you authorise. We will not sell or allow third parties to access your personal information (as listed above) without your consent. We aim to maintain the privacy and security of all Wardrobe Flair customers.  However, you do agree that Wardrobe Flair may disclose your personal informational, including your name and contact details, to the relevant authorities if we consider you are in breach of these terms ad conditions. 

 

Consultation cancellations: A minimum of seven days noitice is required for any appointment cancellations or date transfers or a charge of $160 may be incurred.
